For this project I was responsible for improving and maintaining a web application developed from scratch by my predecessor. PHP/MySQL based, it was used as data capturing software for call centres located in the UK and in Europe. It takes in data by the user filling in a form and which is then used to automatically produce personalised PDFs to send out to their clients. The system also allows administrators to produce reports regarding staff productivity and the clients they have attracted.

In terms of development, the site was built around a custom PHP Framework and then a normalised relational database was put together in MySQL. The development code was on GitHub so that all changes were mapped and checked before going onto the live system.

The system is set up using a cloud based solution on Rackspace.
